how do I back up my album?

Backup comes with Plus. Open Settings, sign in with Apple or Google, and your album backs up whenever you're online.

I have a new phone. how do I get my album back?

Install Good Bits, tap "I already have one" and sign in the same way as before. Your album comes back, photos and all.

how do I get my photos out?

Settings, then "export my album". You get a zip of every photo, voice note and caption, free for everyone.

how do I cancel Plus?

Plus is billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel it in your phone's subscription settings. On an iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: the Play Store, your profile picture, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. Your album stays on your phone either way.

I bought Plus on another phone.

Settings, then "restore purchases", signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought it with.

how do I delete my account?

Settings, then "delete account". Your backup and your account are removed from the server straight away. The album on your phone stays until you delete the app. No longer have the app? Here's how.
